9/19  Friday a.m. 2 helpers to set up chairs in Heart circle in Zendo

9/19 Friday 9 AM 6 strong helpers to move tables and chairs from church 

9/19 Friday 12-2 pm 2 kitchen helpers for Friday dinner prep

9/20 Saturday 7 AM 2 breakfast volunteers 

9/20 Saturday 10 AM 6 volunteers to set up tables/chairs in lawn and “set” tables

9/20 Saturday 10 AM 4 volunteers to carry dining hall benches to Sutra Hall

9/20 Saturday 10 AM 2 volunteers for lunch prep

9/20 4 PM 2 volunteers to set up bar

9/20 4 PM/5 PM 4 volunteers for dinner prep and serving

9/20 7PM 4 volunteers for clearing tables and kitchen cleanup

9/21 Sunday 7 AM 2 volunteers for breakfast prep

9/21 Sunday 8:45 6-8 volunteers for folding up and stacking round tables and chairs near the Zendo Sutra Hall parking lot for later transportation back to the church

9/21 Sunday after lunch 6-8 volunteers to load tables and chairs onto trailer and unload tables and chairs into the church
