The term Zazenkai translates to "coming together to meditate." This program begins on Friday evening with a communal meal and introductory instructions. Throughout the weekend, participants will engage in Zazen(sitting meditation), Kinhin (walking meditation),and chanting, complemented by delicious vegetarian meals and dedicated time in the hot pools. Zazenkai is suitable for both experienced and novice practitioners, offering a unique opportunity for self-reflection and tranquility.
