Beginning with dinner on Thursday December 28, the Bodhi will celebrate the beginning of 2023 with "Three Great Cleaning Days" to help prepare the Bodhi for the New Year. There will be a special New Year's Eve dinner on December 31 and Zen practice will follow from 8 pm until midnight including periods of Zazen (sitting meditation) and Kinhin (walking meditation).  A ceremonial bonfire will be lit into which we can release anything from 2022, metaphorically cleaning the slate to welcome 2023.  There will be a New Year's Day ceremony at 10:30 AM followed brunch.

For participants who arrive on December 28, the rate will be $250, which covers lodging and meals from supper on the 28th through brunch on New Year's Day.  We understand this is a busy time of year for many, so if you can only come on New Year's Eve, the cost will be $150, which covers lodging and full participation in the New Year's Eve meditation and the festivities on New Year's Day.  Lodging space is limited to 25 individuals.
